About Folliqen

Folliqen builds tools for people who take their skin and hair seriously.

Our device line is engineered around a single variable that matters: consistent, controllable needle penetration. We manufacture to medical-device tolerances, source stainless steel cartridges under ISO 13485 oversight, and specify motor torque, stroke depth, and oscillation frequency so the protocol a clinician runs with an automated pen is the same one you can repeat at home.

Microneedling is not new. Collagen induction therapy has been in the dermatology literature since Fernandes's work in the 1990s, with indications and technique refinements expanding through the 2010s. What is new is the quality bar for at-home devices — and the gap between a $25 derma-roller and a clinical-grade automated pen. We built Folliqen to close that gap.

We don't ship products we wouldn't use on our own faces. We don't make efficacy claims we can't back with published evidence. And we don't position ourselves as a substitute for dermatological care when a condition warrants it.

If you're new to microneedling, start with our How to Use guide. If you want the evidence base, start with the Science page. If you have a specific clinical question, email support — we answer every message.
