Shipping & Returns

Devices ship from our US warehouse within one business day when ordered before 2:00 pm ET. Cartridges ship with device orders or separately. Returns are handled case by case: unopened within 30 days, or warranty replacement for confirmed device defects. Full terms below.

Order processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email when the package leaves our facility.

Domestic shipping times and carriers

US orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority depending on destination and package weight. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited service (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico typically adds 2–4 days.

Free shipping threshold

Orders of $99 or more ship free within the continental US. The threshold is calculated after any discount codes are applied and before taxes. Free shipping uses our standard ground service.

International shipping

We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Duties, VAT, and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility where applicable and are not collected at checkout. If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to unpaid duties, the original shipping cost is not refundable.

Tracking your order

A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder before contacting us — the email will come from orders@folliqen.com. Logged-in customers can also see tracking on the order detail page under their account.

30-day money-back guarantee

Unopened devices may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The 30-day window starts from the delivery confirmation date on your tracking. Original shipping is non-refundable. Cartridges and any product with a broken hygiene seal are excluded for safety reasons.

How to initiate a return

Email support@folliqen.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label for US orders or return instructions for international orders. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse and typically appear on your statement within one billing cycle.

Damaged or defective items

If a device arrives damaged or fails during normal use within the warranty period, email support with your order number and a short video or photo showing the issue. We replace confirmed defective units without requiring a return of the original. Cosmetic damage from drops, liquid exposure, or misuse is not covered.

Device warranty

Our devices carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty covers motor failure, inconsistent stroke depth, battery issues, and charging-circuit failure. It does not cover damage from liquid immersion, drops, use of third-party cartridges, or any modification of the device.
