These terms govern your use of folliqen.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't order.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "Folliqen" mean Lucky Clover Ventures LLC, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

1. Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, not when you click pay or receive an order confirmation email. Until dispatch we may decline or cancel any order and refund you in full, for example if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, we cannot ship to your address, or we suspect fraud.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Taxes, shipping costs and any duties collected at checkout are shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already accepted.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you and offer to cancel and refund, or proceed at the correct price.

3. Shipping, duties and refunds

Delivery estimates, destinations, import duties and taxes are set out in our shipping policy. Refund, return and cancellation rights are set out in our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

4. Using the product

Our product is an LED face mask for cosmetic use at home by adults. Use it only as described in the printed manual and on our usage instructions and safety pages. In particular: keep your eyes closed and wear the included eye protection for the whole session; do not look into the LEDs; do not exceed the stated session length or frequency; and stop if you feel discomfort.

Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant; have epilepsy or a condition that makes you sensitive to light; have an eye condition or recent eye surgery; take medication that increases sensitivity to light; have a history of skin cancer; or have a skin condition you are currently being seen for. The product is not for use by children.

We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by use contrary to the manual or these instructions, by use of a damaged product, or by modification or repair of the product by anyone other than us.

5. Product descriptions and claims

We describe the product's specifications, and what each light mode is designed for, as accurately as we can. We describe its effect in terms of appearance only. Results vary between people and depend on regular use; we do not promise any particular result or timeline. The product is not sold for any medical purpose and is not a substitute for medical advice or care. If it is not for you, our refund policy applies.

6. Your account and communications

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you think they have been compromised. If you subscribe to marketing email you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message; we act on unsubscribes within 10 business days.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, resell our products as your own, or upload content you don't have the rights to. We may suspend access if you do.

8. Content you submit

If you send us a photo, video or message about the product, you confirm it is your own, that it reflects your genuine experience, and that anyone identifiable in it has agreed to appear. You keep ownership. We will only show it on our site or social channels with your explicit permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us; we will remove it within one business day.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its text, images, and the Folliqen name and branding belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for defective products where the law does not allow it, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where liability can lawfully be capped, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
